All packages are shipped out via UPS within 48 hours after a payment is processed. BOTA™ operates during normal business hours, 9am-5pm MST Monday-Friday. Our purchase policy allows 2-4 days for fulfillment to accommodate processing times during periods of higher volume.
Please note that if you order on a Friday, the order will not ship until the following Monday or Tuesday. For faster shipping, we recommend ordering at the beginning of the business week.

We try to be as accommodating as possible with cancellations. Please email email@example.com ASAP to let us know if you need to cancel an order. We will always do our best to make it happen. Please note that due to our quick turnaround on orders, cancellations are not guaranteed. If your order has already shipped, please contact customer service to organize a return.

BOTA™ will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on botaskin.com. BOTA™ cannot facilitate returns for a purchase made in a retail store.
Please also note that we are not able to accept returns on any opened or used products. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Email email@example.com ASAP to alert us that you would like to return your unopened product within the 7-day time limit. A BOTA™ representative will confirm the return shipping address.
Once you have shipped your return product, please email the tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can track its arrival.
When we receive your return, we will issue a refund and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund amount to post.
